Careless talk

Cyril Kenneth Bird was an established British cartoonist by World War II, using the pseudonym Fougasse (a type of land mine). He was art editor of Punch, and later chief editor. During WWII he worked for free for Ministry of Information designing humorous propaganda poster such as the one seen here.

This caricature depicts people giving away secrets in everyday situations unaware of Hitler, and Goering sitting behind them.
